Nourishing and healing communication is the food of our relationships. With healthy communication, we produce thoughts, speech, and actions that feed our relationships.

Active Listening

When we listen, instead of consuming toxins, we are actively creating compassion in ourselves. When we listen in this way, we solidify the peace and compassion in ourselves and bring joy to others. Listening deeply and compassionately, we being to understand the other person in greater depth. That is when love is nourished. When we listen like that, compassion is born in us and we can have peace.

Healthy Self-Expression

Being able to say something that nourishes us and uplifts others is very powerful and healing. This kind of speech feeds love and compassion. We can say words that nourish ourselves and nourish another person. Your words can inspire confidence and openness in another person.
